HAND AND A HALF SWORDS

These 5 Hand and a half swords were made using a combination of cast, CNC’ed perspex and 3D printed elements. The quillon piece was cast in a mould of an original using PU rubber. The handle and pommel were 3D printed with an inner channel that the perpex blade fitted into. The blade, pommel and quillon were painted using grey metallic spray paint and a top coat of Pro Chrome. The handles were given a leather effect finish using spray paints and sponged acrylic sealed with a top coat glaze.
